All AI predictions, sleep coaching tips, and insights are for general educational guidance only and are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified pediatrician for medical questions.
Fostr provides shared baby logging, statistics, and Portrait Vault storage. You agree to provide accurate email details when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account, including child profile sharing and collaboration invitations sent to other caregivers.
You retain 100% ownership of the data you log. You are responsible for ensuring that partners and caregivers you invite respect your family's data privacy. Fostr does not assume responsibility for unauthorized access resulting from user sharing or credentials leakage.
Fostr's Keepsake Portrait Studio uses generative AI technology to transform your uploaded child snapshots. By uploading photos, you confirm you have the legal right and parental consent to process these images. You retain all rights to the generated keepsake portraits.
You may terminate your account and delete your data at any time. Upon doing so, all child logs, parent stats, and Portrait Vault images are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers. Fostr reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to users violating these terms.
Fostr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Fostr or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our service or any reliance on our AI predictions and logs.
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify active users of significant changes. Continued use of Fostr after terms are updated constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
